Online Application Platform – Notice & Disclaimer
The Gambling Regulatory Authority is pleased to announce the official launch of its Online Application Platform, developed to facilitate a more efficient, secure, and streamlined application process for all licensees and applicants.
With effect from 27 May 2026, all applications relating to licences shall henceforth be submitted through the online platform.
Each licensee shall be provided with a username together with a link granting access to the online platform. Upon first access to the system, the licensee shall be required to enter a valid and active email address and thereafter create its own password.
Licensees are hereby advised to ensure that the correct and valid email address is entered during the registration process, as all future communications, notifications, correspondence, password recovery instructions, and system-related updates from the Gambling Regulatory Authority shall be transmitted to the email address registered on the platform.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SYSTEM ACCESS DISCLAIMER
The username issued by the Gambling Regulatory Authority and the password created by the licensee are strictly confidential and are intended solely for the authorised use of the licensed entity and its authorised representatives for access to the online licensing system.
By accessing and using the online platform, the licensee acknowledges and agrees to the following conditions:
- The licensee shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, security, and proper use of its login credentials, including the password created by the licensee.
- Login credentials shall not be disclosed, shared, transferred, or made accessible to any unauthorised person, third party, or entity.
- The licensee shall ensure that adequate internal security measures are implemented to prevent unauthorised access to its account and information contained on the online platform.
- Any application, transaction, submission, amendment, declaration, or communication made through the online system using the registered credentials shall be deemed to have been made by the licensee or with its authority.

The Gambling Regulatory Authority shall not be held liable for any unauthorised access, misuse, loss of data, disclosure of information, or other consequence arising from:
- the negligence or failure of the licensee to safeguard its login credentials;
- the disclosure or compromise of credentials by the licensee or its representatives;
- the entry of an incorrect or inaccessible email address by the licensee;
- phishing activities, hacking attempts, malware, cyberattacks, or other security incidents attributable to the user's systems, devices, networks, or failure to adopt appropriate security practices.
- The licensee undertakes to notify the Gambling Regulatory Authority immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected or actual unauthorised access, compromise of credentials, security breach, or suspicious activity relating to its account.
- The Gambling Regulatory Authority reserves the right to suspend, restrict, revoke, or reset access to the online platform where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, unauthorised access, breach of security, or non-compliance with applicable requirements.
- The Gambling Regulatory Authority does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the online platform and shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability, technical malfunction, system interruption, delay, or failure arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- The licensee shall ensure that any information or personal data processed, uploaded, or transmitted through the online platform is handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Data Protection Act 2017.
- The confidentiality disclaimer may be updated, amended and corrected as and when needed by the Gambling Regulatory Authority in view of enhancing the user experience or the security of its system.
Access to and use of the online platform shall constitute full acknowledgment and acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
